Ponies Overview
Our Ponies preschool program is for 3 to 4 Year Olds
Welcome to our trotting ponies class. This is our Pre K 3 class 2 years prior to Kindergarten. They are fast and adventurous. The Ponies are at a transition point. They are full of wanting to learn and still very curious. In the Ponies class, we will continue to add more pre-kindergarten skills along with their daily fine motor, gross motor, and language. Their science, math, writing, and phonetically awareness will be focused on weekly.
The children are learning use their words more to express how they feel and what they want. We work with the children on their self help skills. Children at this age should be able to start doing things like dressing themselves, zipping jackets, bathroom hygiene.
The Ponies go through monthly assessments to help keep them on target to meet their developmental milestones. We will do bi-annual conferences to sit with parents and discuss where the children are and what they may need.
The Ponies class provides breakfast (8:15), lunch (11:00), snack (2:30 & 5:30), art supplies, and a mat for nap. Parents are responsible for a change of clothes, crib sheet, blanket, and water bottle. All children in this class must be fully potty trained. All children must wear closed toe shoes. All children must be here by 9:30.

Storybook Ranch Preschool is a great place for my daughter to start her schooling experience. It’s welcoming and safe and my daughter loves being there.
I have a 1 year old and a 5 year old who have been attending for a year now. I can not tell you how much I adore and appreciate all of the wonderful staff.
I have to say that I have 2 children ages 5 and 2 and have used various daycare’s in Preschool and this is by far the very best I have ever used.
